*The childrens are trained strictly and have been teached that how is the kusti played in the akhada. Akhada is nothing but a space or ground where kusti game is placed and practised.
*The players who plays or practises to play kusti are mainly known as PAILWANS.the life of pailwans is not easy as they have to struggle very hard to achueve their goal  or achieve their destiny.
*The pailwans have to wake up early around 4:00 am and go for running because running is must
as one gets control over its breath and not gets tired early while playing kusti matches.
*After coming from running pailwans have to wear their kusti costume or langot and start doing joar and baithaks approximately   400-500 joars and baithaks which is also known as dips and sit-ups.
*After joar and baithak hauda is a compulsary activity which is practised to get a control on our breath so that the wastage of energy is reduced.
*After hauda the pailwans has to practice and learn the wrestling moves which is also known as  the dav-pej of kusti.
Pailwans have to do this regularly each and every day their is no holiday for mehnat (workout) for a pailwan no matter in any season any circumstance they have to face because this type of strict training helps the pailwans to play a good kusti and make or create history
